This is my general grip post.
Example; when playing GRID and we are waiting for the next race to start....
Press the Friggin Triangle button!
In case you didn't know we all wait longer for the race to start when you don't press the
triangle button to ready up.

Oh ya, one more thing, MANUP!
All you guy's who jump out of a room when your not winning a race and then jump back in so the loss doesn't show on your record, MANUP would yah!? Everybody knows how that works and nobody's fooled by your record that shows an excessive amount of wins compared to losses.

If you know there's someone going to pass you, Don't be a wuss and try to block, let them by.
This is something other racers will remember and extend you the same if the tables are turned.
It sucks when you know you could have taken one of the top 3 spots if it weren't for some Jerk blocking you.

The Mic.
It's nice to be able to use the mic in online events but probably my biggest grip with the mic is that people don't understand these mics are sensitive and also pick up all the sounds going on around you.
So Kids, Dogs, Nagging wife's and your own sound system are picked up by the mic and then were all stuck listening to everything going on at your house.
Be considerate, Try to play in a room away from all those outside sounds and setup your audio settings so the other people talking are only heard in your earpiece.
It's very distracting to try and have a conversation when your voice is transmitted over the speakers and back into your mic only to echo what you just said.
