Sony Issues New Terms of Agreement to a Few Select Gamers? | Just Push Start

To some users that has been warned by Sony for having unauthorized files on the PS3, a new terms of agreement has been issued upon signing onto the PlayStation Network.

“You agree that you will not use any unauthorized hardware, including peripherals not sold or licensed by a Sony company such as, by way of example only, non-licensed game enhancement devices,

controllers, adapters and power supply devices (collectively, “Non-Licensed Peripherals”) or software to access or use
Sony Online Services or any content or service provided on or through Sony Online Services.”

Another thought, we have two ps3's in our home, I personally despise hacks & cheats while my son
views it as doing nothing wrong because he and is buddies are in private rooms doing what they do so it
shouldn’t effect other online players.
My point is I had to agree to the terms again so it appears Sony is tracking the IP address which is not
fair to people like me with multiple systems in their homes.
